The creative process is not like a situation where you get struck by a single lightning bolt. You have ongoing discoveries, and there’s ongoing creative revelations. Yes, it’s really helpful to be marching toward a specific destination, but, along the way, you must allow yourself room for your ideas to blossom, take root, and grow.

Investing in yourself means a continual assessment of self-improvement, and that process weeds out our weaknesses. It’s not about perfection, but if we focus on overcoming our inner obstacles to success, we can conquer the world within and then the world outside.

‘All of the great leaders have had one characteristic in common: it was the willingness to confront unequivocally the major anxiety of their people in their time. This, and not much else, is the essence of leadership.’ – John Kenneth Galbraith

About me

I am a young woman, 20 years of age, which finds herself in a continuous search for growth and evolution. I am a student at the Entrepreneurship Academy in Bucharest and so far, this journey was one of the most complex of all. I’ve met all types of situations from which I’ve learned a lot. Both entrepreneurial and life experiences. I understood that the entrepreneurial part of life and personal development go hand in hand and it is important to understand both of them.

I am keeping this blog to post articles which for me have a certain meaning and result, with the hope that I can maybe help someone else find out interesting things.
